The only Kennel Club Registered Obedience Club in East Grinstead
Class Information
All classes are held on a Tuesday evening in the main hall of the Parish Hall, De La Warr Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 3LT.
Please only attend if you have telephoned the Head Trainer to arrange to visit or join the Club. You are more than welcome to pop along to take a look at the training classes, but again please phone to let us know you would like to do this.
All breeds of dogs are offered training with us. However, if you already know that you dog is unsociable or likely to be aggressive, you MUST tell the Head Trainer this when you phone.
Where to wait for your lesson: When you arrive in the building please enter by the first door on your right and then turn immediately left and go up steps onto the 'stage' area of the hall and wait there with your dog until your class in ready to start.
Footwear: Please ensure you wear 'sensible low heeled shoes', or trainers preferrably. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to join in with the evenings session. A covering is placed over the existing wooden floor, so correct (safe) footwear is essential.
Once your place is booked (via call to our Head Trainer):
You will need to become a member of the East Grinstead Club to attend the classes listed below.
All you need to do is:
- Contact us to book a place.
- When you first come: pay a yearly subscription to become a member of the Club.
- Along with the yearly subcription, there is also a fee to be paid for each evening attended. These fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month.
- Puppy Course costs are different (please see Puppy Course section).
- No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the course (either whole course or certain days).
